Empty refillable water bottle to use at the water stations, and a small purse or bag.
No one under 21 may attend. All attendees must be 21 or older with a valid form of identification.
– Animals (excluding certified service animals) – Outside alcohol – Outside food/beverages (excluding items for health reasons and pretzel necklaces, of course) – Weapons (i.e. knives, pepper spray, stun guns, any concealed weapons, firearms, props resembling weapons, etc.) – Backpacks, suitcases, large beach bags, etc – Glass, cans, coolers, steins of any kind – Illegal drugs – Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes or vape pens) inside the event – Strollers, wagons, and chairs – Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc. – Other items as determined by facility management. Event management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case by case basis. Depending on the item, the guest may either be asked to remove the item from the facility or dispose of the item, or may be ejected from the facility. All bags, jackets, and guests are subject to search upon entering the event.
Items that have varying policies include: cameras, video/audio recording equipment, and signs/flags/banners/posters. Lockers and other onsite storage are not available. If you have a specific question about an item, contact us.
Yes, the coat check is located outside the doors of the Westminster Ballroom.
We will have a stand available to purchase food inside the event. There are many restaurants nearby for a meal before or after the event and a very good restaurant onsite, Kachina. If you want to dine at Kachina we recommend reservations.

Yes, we will have a few NA options for Designated Driver ticket holders, however we do want to reiterate that this is a beer festival and NA options will be limited.
There are no plans to impose restrictions on access to the festival, or to impose conditions such as mask or vaccine requirements. This is subject to change at any time, pending local, state, and federal guidelines. Masks are always welcome. Ultimately it is up to everyone to decide for themselves whether to attend or how much to participate in the festival.

From Denver/Colorado Springs: I-25 north to US-36 to the 104th Ave exit. Turn right (east) on to 104th, left on to Westminster Blvd, right on to Promenade Dr.
From Boulder: US-36 to the 104th Ave exit. Turn left (east) on to 104th, left on to Westminster Blvd, right on to Promenade Dr.
From Fort Collins: US-36 to the 104th Ave exit. Turn right (east) on to 104th, left on to Westminster Blvd, right on to Promenade Dr. I-25 south to exit 221/104th Ave., take a right (west), turn right on Westminster Blvd, right on to Promenade Dr.
There will be two lines, one for Early Entry and another for General Admission. An ID check and security screening are required of all who enter the festival. The line will move quickly if you have your ID out to make the age verification process run smoothly.
Designated Driver ticket holders may enter in either line with the rest of their party.
You must be 21+ with a valid photo ID to enter the festival.
There is no re-entry.
There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the event, however there is an outdoor designated smoking area between the event halls.
All guests are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe, responsible means of transportation before leaving the facility. Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the event may be denied entry to the facility. Any guest found intoxicated within the event and causing a disturbance, as determined by management, will be asked to leave the facility without a refund and may be subject to further consequences.
