A DDH Kölsch, a Goldschlager-beer & a juice bomb walk into a bar...

Welcome to Collab Update #3, this one is a doozy folks! Check out the drool-worthy collabs below and stay tuned as all of the collab details are rolling out in the next couple weeks!

Bruz Beers and Prost Brewing Company

  • Beer name: Abbey Quad
  • Beer style: Belgian Quadrupel
  • Story behind the collaboration: Bruz Beer’s Belgian Abbey Quadrupel was run through the traditional Decoction and open fermentation process that Prost’s new Brewhouse is built for

Cannonball Creek, Mountain Toad, Mad Macks, Over Yonder, Barrels and Bottles and Propagate Lab

  • Beer name: goldENschlager cinnamon lager
  • Beer style: Herb and Spice Pilsner with Gold Flakes
  • Story behind the collaboration: A collaboration between the Golden Breweries

Launch Pad Brewery and Woods Boss Brewing

  • Beer name: Fog Fraud
  • Beer style: Double Dry Hopped Kölsch
  • Story behind the collaboration: A culmination of 4 years of idiocrasy and a disdain for hype beers led to this traditional German style with absolutely zero traditional brewing techniques

Left Hand Brewing Co. and High Alpine Brewing Co.

  • Beer name: Graham Finale
  • Beer style: Imperial Stout with Pecans aged in Deerhammer whiskey barrels.
  • Story behind the collaboration: The collaboration between Left Hand and High Alpine was a natural fit, sparked by a shared passion for exceptional beer and a friendship that grew between Chris, Scott, and John during visits to SW Colorado. Inspired by their mutual love of pecan pie, this imperial stout blends caramel and specialty malts, toasted and roasted barley, organic graham crackers, and toasted pecans. It’s aged in American Single Malt Whiskey barrels from Deerhammer. A true labor of love, it required extended lautering to bring out its rich, complex flavors

New Image Brewing and Crosby Hops (OR)

  • Beer name: Loyal to the Soil
  • Beer style: Single Hopped West Coast IPA
  • Story behind the collaboration: The concept for this beer is “farm to glass” emphasizing not only what brewers love, but what also benefits the farms and the soil. Brewers love Strata, but it’s also an agronomically gifted varietal, it yields well, it’s resilient and it has a lower input footprint as a result

Stodgy Brewing Company and TightKnit Brewing Co.

  • Beer name: West Coast Pils
  • Beer style: West Coast Pilsner
  • Story behind the collaboration: The brewers had never worked together so it was the perfect time to get together for collaboration!

The Empourium Brewing Company and Grimm Brothers

  • Beer name: Godfather Death
  • Beer style: Dark Czech Lager
  • Story behind the collaboration: Dark yet ridiculously dry, this roasty delight is perfect for no matter what spring in Colorado throws our way

Trail Life Brewing and Shelter Distilling

  • Beer name: West Slope Stout
  • Beer style: Irish Extra Stout
  • Story behind the collaboration: Trail Life and Shelter Distilling teamed up in Montrose to craft a Nitro Irish Extra Stout that celebrates community, craftsmanship, and the rich traditions of dark beer. It’s a beer brewed with camaraderie, inspired by classic styles, and perfect for raising a glass with friends

WeldWerks Brewing Co. and Trillium Brewing Company (MA + CT)

  • Beer name: Juicy Tiles
  • Beer style: Hazy IPA
  • Story behind the collaboration: Trillium Brewing Company has always led the pack of haze-makers so WeldWerks was thrilled to join forces with them (again!) on this extra special Hazy Double India Pale Ale–complete with Wildflower Honey! This refreshing juice bomb is bursting with the big citrus notes we all know and love and finishes with a light, natural sweetness, courtesy of the locally sourced honey
